Purchased this disused public house in 2002.

The former Pub had two previous residential planning submissions turned down.  A very personal approach was taken prior to resubmission, taking particular care of the councils concerns on the effect on the adjacent conservation area.

The Public House was completed renovated and a new building erected in the previous garden.

Permission was granted in 2003 for 10 flats with a total area of 10,000 sq ft.

Build completed December 2004. GDV 3.3m.
