Formerly three cottages and farm buildings.
We converted and demolished various disused farm buildings, improved the grounds and extended and refurbished the home. From a modest 2500 sq foot home which was formed from three farmers cottages, we created a 6175 sq foot home of period character with a modern light feel. The property was grade 11 star listed and the conversion works involved four planning and listed building applications. Working with conservation at Maidstone Borough council we were able to add some fairly modern glass extensions juxtaposing the style created.
The property was sold in May 2007.
